Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is acceptable proof of I.D. ?
A: Proof of I.D must be photographic i.e. Passport, College Pass, Driving License etc. A photocopy will be sufficient PROVIDING it is clear. Proof of I.D WILL be required for anyone 18 yrs and under.
Q: I hate waiting in lines, when is the best arrival time to avoid a long line?
A: Our busiest nights are always on Friday and Saturday and the closer to Halloween it gets the busier we get. To ease the queue times we run multiple INTAKES. Please make a note of your INTAKE time. The best advice is to arrive early so you are ready for your INTAKE. We also have a limited number of FAST-TRAK tickets for sale on-line only; this will enable you to by-pass any of the main queues for each haunt.
Q: Is the waiting area indoors or outdoors?
A: Outdoors and indoors. 80% of the event is under cover but please be prepared in case of bad or cold weather conditions. We recommend bringing warm & waterproof clothing. Zombie Outlaw is outdoors so please come prepared. Your experience outside will be approx 15-20 minutes
Q: Do you have restrooms available?
A: Yes, both male and female restrooms are available along with wheelchair accessible toilets.
Q: What restrictions do you have on age?
A: PLEASE NOTE. If you are under 15 yrs of age you need to be accompanied by a responsible adult (18yrs+) AT ALL TIMES, at a ratio of not less than 1 Adult/10 children we do not allow large groups of teenagers to congregate without at least one responsible adult to take charge incase one of the group becomes traumatized. Proof of I.D WILL be required for anyone 18 yrs and under. No I.D. No Entry..
Q: I have a 10 year old child, is this haunted house appropriate for him?
A: Farmaggedon is an EXTEME Experience and is not recommended for people under 14 yrs of age, NOR is it suitable for people of nervous or weak disposition.
Q: Will my child (or myself) get scared?
A: This is a very common question and the most impossible for us to answer. It really depends on the child (and adult). We’ve found that some people will actually panic & get very scared while some don’t at all. Farmaggedon is an EXTEME Experience and is not recommended for people under 15 yrs of age, NOR is it suitable for people of nervous or weak disposition.
Q: I’m going to bring my child, what happens if they get too scared?
A: If the child (or adult) gets too scared, we do have exits through the haunted house.
Q: If we exit half way because my child is too scared, can we get some money back?
A: No, all ticket sales are final and we have a NO Refund Policy.
Q: Is the event suitable for pregnant ladies?
A: We do not recommend the event for pregnant ladies. However many have been to the event but entirely at their own choice
Q: Is this event wheelchair accessible?
A: Because of the narrow passageways and undulating floors the haunts (houses) are not suitable for wheelchairs, frames or crutches, however do come along as you can mix and mingle with the hordes of zombies roaming the event. (concessions apply)
Q: What type of footwear is most suitable?
A: We strongly advise not wearing high heels due to uneven surfaces. A pair of flat comfortable shoes will be just fine……you may wish to wear “trainers” (sneakers) so you can run for your lives….we do not recommend running as your safety is paramount.
Q: How long does the experience last?
A: Allow your self 1/2hrs although it is normally 2 hrs. If you have a Fast Track ticket then allow approximately 1 hr.
Q: Do you have strobe lights, loud noises, or fog and are there any health concerns?
A: Yes, we do have strobe lights, very loud noises and fog machines. These items have been known to cause epileptic seizures. If in doubt stay out!
Q: Are refreshments available?
A: Yes food and drinks are available.
Q: It says you close at 11pm. What happens if we are in line when you close?
A: You will be allowed to enter; we will keep operating until the last person has been through each haunt. Last admission to the event is 9:30pm with last admission to the houses at approximately 10:15pm. Allow up to 2 -1/2hrs for your experience at Farmaggedon.
Q: Will the monsters touch us?
A: The monsters have a NO TOUCH policy, however if you don’t behave while going through the haunted house…then they will tear off your arm or leg, whichever is closer, then you will be asked to leave the event.
Q: Is alcohol allowed or sold on site?
A: NONE AT ALL. We will be enforcing “Bag Searches” on entry and any alcohol will be confiscated for the duration of your visit. If we think you are under the influence of either DRUGS or ALCOHOL you will be escorted off site and you will forfeit your ticket.
