Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I hate waiting in lines, when is the best arrival time to avoid a long line? A: Our busiest nights are always on Friday and Saturday and the closer to Halloween it gets the busier we get. To ease the queue times we run multiple INTAKES. Please make a note of your INTAKE time. The best advice is to arrive early so you are ready for your INTAKE. We also have a limited number of FAST-TRAK tickets for sale on-line; this will enable you to by-pass any of the main queues for each haunt.
Q: Is the waiting area indoors or outdoors? A: Outdoors and indoors. 90% of the event is under cover but please be prepared in case of bad or cold weather conditions.
Q: Do you have restrooms available? A: Yes, both male and female restrooms are available along with wheelchair accessible toilets.
Q: What restrictions do you have on age? A: PLEASE NOTE. If you are under 16yrs of age you need to be accompanied by a responsible adult (18yrs+), we do not allow large groups of teenagers to congregate without at least one responsible adult to take charge incase one of the group becomes traumatized.
Q: I have a 10 year old child, is this haunted house appropriate for him? A: Not recommended.
Q: Will my child (or myself) get scared? A: This is a very common question and the most impossible for us to answer. It really depends on the child (and adult). We've found that some people will actually panic & get very scared while some don't at all.
Q: I'm going to bring my child, what happens if they get too scared? A: If the child (or adult) gets too scared, we do have exits through the haunted house.
Q: If we exit half way because my child is too scared, can we get some money back? A: No, all ticket sales are final and we have a NO Refund Policy.
Q: Is this event wheelchair accessible? A: Because of the narrow passageways and undulating floors the haunts are not suitable for wheelchairs, however do come along as wheelchair users can mix and mingle with the hordes of zombies roaming the event. (concessions apply)
Q: Do you have strobe lights, loud noises, or fog and are there any health concerns? A: Yes, we do have strobe lights, very loud noises and fog machines. These items have been known to cause epileptic seizures. If in doubt stay out!
Q: Are refreshments available? A: Yes food and drinks are available.
Q: It says you close at 11pm. What happens if we are in line when you close? . A: You will be allowed to enter; we will keep operating until the last person has been through each haunt. Last admission to the event is 9:30pm
Q: Will the monsters touch us? A: The monsters have a NO TOUCH policy, however if you don’t behave while going through the haunted house…then they will tear off your arm or leg, whichever is closer, then you will be asked to leave the event.
Q: Is alcohol allowed or sold on site? A: NO NONE AT ALL. We will be enforcing “Bag Searches” on entry and any alcohol will be confiscated for the duration of your visit. If we think you are under the influence of either DRUGS or ALCOHOL you will be escorted off site and you will forfeit your ticket. Door Policy To ensure against overcrowding and to keep your waiting time down, FARMAGGEDON has introduced a NEW DOOR POLICY. POLICY as follows: When buying your ticket you will be allocated an INTAKE time, please arrive in time to make your INTAKE IMPORTANT – PLEASE NOTE Entrance time means the time at which you join the entrance queue. If you have a 7pm ticket you MAY NOT join the line after 8pm. If you have an 8.30pm ticket you MAY NOT join the line before 8.30pm or after 9.30pm etc. Once you have entered FARMAGGEDON you are welcome to stay on the grounds until closing time (remembering that your ticket only allows entry to each haunt once) Other Notices NO PASS OUTS – DO NOT ENTER FARMAGGEDON WITH SOMEONE ELSE’S TICKET, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HAND IT TO THEM! THIRD PARTY SALES – ONLY FARMAGGEDON AND THE ECHO ARENA LIVERPOOL HAVE THE RIGHT TO SELL FARMAGGEDON TICKETS. ANYONE FOUND SELLING TICKETS THRID PARTY FORFEIT THE RIGHT TO ENTER FARMAGGEDON.
